Cancellation Policy

Please let me know 24 hrs in advance of any rescheduling, cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will have to place a 50% deposit that will be used towards your next appointment in order to reschedule.
Please arrive to the studio 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I cannot guarantee that your full service will be done on that same day. Due to my scheduling layout, I may have to cancel your appointment.
Online booking

Please make sure to book your appointment correctly and select all of the individual services that you wish to recover at your appointment.
It is important to make suet that you are selecting the correct service due to the amount of time that each appointment and service requires.
If you are a new client please refer to the next policy before booking an appointment with me!
If you are unsure on what it book or how to book an appointment please send me a message/email or give me a call and I will do my best to assist you on any way that I can.

Please book a complimentary consultation prior to booking an appointment with me.
This is only required for colour services.
It is very important to to me to do a thorough consultation prior to booking a time slot! This way any of your questions can be answered the most accurate way possible!
